Promoting evidence-based health
The Forum for Evidence-Based Health Prevention strengthens research and exchange between science, politics, and the media – for prevention based on sound findings rather than opinions.
Promoting evidence-based research
We support research approaches that are based on sound scientific methods. The aim is to strengthen the quality and traceability of studies and create the basis for fact-based decisions in the healthcare sector.
Stimulating dialog between disciplines
The forum creates spaces for interdisciplinary exchange. Scientists, political decision-makers and media professionals should work together to find ways of effectively implementing evidence-based findings in practice.
Putting knowledge into practice
Evidence-based prevention means translating scientific findings into concrete measures. We support projects that facilitate the transfer of research findings into the healthcare system and thus contribute to improving public health.
