The „Forum for Evidence-Based Preventative Health“ is committed to ensuring that public discourse and interdisciplinary exchange are based on sound scientific findings.
Healthcare systems worldwide are facing growing challenges, with steadily increasing financial pressures. Scientific evidence on the prevention of chronic diseases is far too often overlooked. Therefore, evidence-based measures in healthcare must be strengthened, and the practical application of research findings must actively be supported.
Our goal is to foster a dialogue that takes science back to its roots. We promote research projects based on solid scientific methods. Additionally, we encourage discourse between science, politics, and the media on evidence-based health prevention. This is because there are still too many myths and gut feelings instead of fact-based measures.
Given the growing challenges and financial burdens in healthcare systems, our goal is to replace myths and outdated assumptions with fact-based measures. We promote research based on solid evidence and create a platform for exchange to strengthen the practical implementation of preventive approaches.
