Prof. Dr. Frank-Ulrich Fricke is a health economist, a professor of health economics since 2009, and a member of the Arbitration Board for Drug Prices in Germany’s Statutory Health Insurance System since 2011. As a health expert, he has extensive experience in evidence-based health research, combining scientific expertise with strategic thinking.
Prof. Fricke's expertise in communicating complex prevention approaches and in strengthening research networks, highlights his essential contributions to the Forum. As president, he supports the Forum’s work in multiple areas and promotes its activities externally. As a recognized scientist, he mentors dedicated researchers at the Forum and fosters exchange between science and policy.
Felix Große-Plankermann

Felix Große-Plankermann is a communications scientist and public relations consultant. His career is characterized by numerous challenging roles and leadership positions, most recently as the Head of MARCO Agency in Germany. His experience and dedication help the Forum communicate evidence-based preventative health clearly and effectively to the public.
As Managing Director of the Forum, he is responsible for external representation, day-to-day operations, and the promotion of evidence-based health research in the public sphere. He oversees the Forum’s activities and supports both its members and engaged researchers in their tasks and projects.
