In today’s digitally connected world, a scientific crisis can arise quickly - whether due to flawed data, ethical controversies, or misinterpreted study results. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

- Develop strategies to remain calm and build trust in critical moments.
- Prepare proactively for potential crises through clear processes and action plans.
- Apply communication strategies that ensure transparency, credibility, and responsibility.
- Manage real-time communication: handling online backlash, and crafting statements for media and social media.
- Avoid common mistakes: do’s and don’ts in crisis communication.
- Create individualized action guides for consistent and confident internal and external communication.
