Demnach k\u00f6nnte der verbreitete Austausch von Fetten durch raffinierte Kohlenhydrate das Risiko f\u00fcr Fettlebererkrankungen und Typ-2-Diabetes erh\u00f6hen, anstatt es zu senken. Darauf weist der Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Gesundheitswissenschaftler PhDr. Sven-David M\u00fcller hin. Viel entscheidender sei die Qualit\u00e4t der aufgenommenen Fette sowie deren Ersatz im Alltag. W\u00e4hrend mehrfach unges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren das Herz-Kreislauf-Risiko senken k\u00f6nnen, gilt der verst\u00e4rkte Konsum raffinierter Kohlenhydrate als Risikofaktor f\u00fcr Stoffwechselerkrankungen wie Fettleber und Diabetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"DE\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: DE;\">Leitlinien, etwa der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrung (DGE) oder der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO), empfehlen weiterhin, die Fettzufuhr auf 30 bis 35 Prozent der t\u00e4glichen Energiezufuhr zu begrenzen. Kritiker bem\u00e4ngeln jedoch, dass dabei zentrale wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zu kurz kommen: So stellte die DGE bereits 2015 fest, dass kein gesicherter Zusammenhang zwischen Gesamtfettaufnahme und dem Risiko f\u00fcr koronare Herzkrankheiten besteht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"DE\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: DE;\">Viel entscheidender sei die Qualit\u00e4t der aufgenommenen Fette sowie deren Ersatz im Alltag. Das Forum for Evidence-Based Preventative Health (FEBPH) fordert gemeinsam mit M\u00fcller eine umfassende \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung bestehender Ern\u00e4hrungsempfehlungen.
